The Most Exciting Eateries Opening At Disney's Avengers Campus

After a slew of delays and setbacks, the highly-anticipated Avengers Campus is now opening its doors to the public at Disney California Adventure. The theme park, which is based on the massively successful Marvel franchise, will offer fans a fully immersive experience within the intricate worlds of their favorite superheroes. While adrenaline-pumping rides and novel attractions are the main pull, there's also a lot to be excited about when it comes to the food.

Just like the other theme parks at Disney California Adventure, Avengers Campus has its own eateries, complete with Marvel-themed dishes that are sure to bring out your inner geek. One of the most exciting places to grab food is the Pym Test Kitchen, where visitors will be able to see their food manipulated by Pym Particles. In the films, Pym Particles were used to make things shrink or grow, so you can expect a lot of "hero-sized meals" or "tiny treats" at this experimental food lab.

In another section of the theme park, there's a spot called Shawarma Palace which fans will recognize from the first Avengers film. After the Battle of New York, Iron Man brought his friends with him to Sharwarma Palace and they all celebrated their defeat of the invaders with some mouthwatering wraps. Ever since then, shawarma's somewhat became the unofficial food of the Avengers, and it looks like fans will finally be able to try it for themselves. The ones to look out for, in particular, are the New York chicken wrap, as well as the Impossible Victory Falafel, which are sure to leave your tastebuds wanting more.

Yet another food cart you'll come across at Avengers Campus is Terran Treats, near the Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: BREAKOUT! attraction. The treats offered here are some of the coolest you'll come across in the entire theme park, which only makes sense as the offerings are curated by the one and only Taneleer Tivan, the Collector. You'll come across a bunch artifacts that you'll recognized from the films, including edible Pym Particle Capsules and Discs, Pingo Doce pops, and even galaxy-themed churro spirals called Sweet Spiral Rations.

But perhaps the best item you can get at the cart is the Iron Man's Infinity Gauntlet, complete with all six Infinity Stones, which you can use to hold your soft drinks. We have a feeling these will sell out pretty quickly. I mean, who wouldn't want to own Iron Man's Infinity Gauntlet?

Financially worried woman

Everyday life is quietly becoming financially fragile for Americans, in small ways that add up fast.

Woman worried gold recession

My cousin says buying gold is the only way to protect your money right now. The economy has me worried, does he have a point?

When markets feel shaky, gold suddenly starts sounding like the answer to everything. It has a long history, it feels tangible, and it tends to get attention whenever inflation, recessions, or geopolitical stress are in the news. That’s probably why your friend is so confident about it right now. But “the only way” to protect your money is a much bigger claim than the evidence supports.
