Few job interview questions cause candidates more problems than this old classic: “How do you deal with conflict?” We look at how to respond when it's you that's on the spot.

"My interview was going great until I was blindsided by a question out of left field. She asked who my favorite Teletubby was. What should I have said?"

We guess that sometimes employers have good reason to ask these out-of-left-field questions. But for most of these, we can't imagine what that reason could be. If you have any ideas, let us know in the comments. And just for fun...How would you answer them?
